make resources_controller less picky about route segmnents

The 'Missing Segment' error happens quite a lot. It shouldn't be that hard to remove it, if there are multiple possibilities, just take the _id order in the params hash.

One case is now dealt with, where a non-named route is used to invoke the controller.
